I'll owe you one*! *well...one more! LOL Nope, we're even!  I just have to go out to the saw shop and find where he stashed it. As soon as I typed that I was like, wait! LOL Thanks Chad!  Wait...was that a whoa because you like the cab...or just because it's not a teardrop shape! LOL I'd say something tongue in check if it was deserved, that's a butte  I like a lot of the shapes in there too. The the money I will save on templates should go towards a saw now! There is a show coming up, but I don't think vendors will be selling equipment. You never know though... Heck yeah! If money's not spent on one thing, it'll be another! LOL |

I used to think the King of the jungle was the lion. However, I got this Leopard Skin Jasper from brybry (Thanks Bry! ), and I'm thinking the Leopard is the new King of the jungle! I freaking love this material!! Thanks for taking a gander!     You are very welcome brother. Those are super sexy cabs. So, soooooo shiny. ETA- showed these to my wife and she super gushed. Lol, I cut a bunch of slabs from the leopard skin box, my wife claimed the majority. Now when I cut them, I don't show her MY slabs,lol.
They shined up wayyyy better than I thought they would. The more I see in the LS, the more it's turning into a fav material.

Thanks Robin! Bry sent me two different slabs. So, there are two from one, and two from the other. I've seen a lot of yellow in Leopard Skin, but I really like the pink/red toned pieces better than the yellows. Ours are way more green with some red bands going through them. I'll try to remember to bring a couple non-green slabs with me next month for ya. |

Then after getting a chunk of it that was total crumbly crap, it fell WAY down the list. Now, after working these pieces, it's WAY back to the top of the list! LOL |

Very nice. Similar to the LS we have but ours is more like a rhyolite with a pretty good shine but not that wet look.

LOL It was 8 below this morning...I was drinking hot coffee until noon! LOL Lol, I had to do a double take myself I showed my wife...had to explain the "overhead perspective"! LOL Very nice. Similar to the LS we have but ours is more like a rhyolite with a pretty good shine but not that wet look. Thank you so much! I think this LS is a lot like Noreena...in the fact that there's two different types of rough...those that will polish...and those that are a heartbreak! LOL |
