Haven't had a whole lot of time to post lately but just wanted to share some recent cabs I made. Il start off with some small ones I made for pendants for my daughter. Marra mamba tiger eye and crazy lace. Next is from a thunderegg. I dunno why but I just like the white color. Another white one of unknown material. These two are from the same unknown thunder egg. The oval one I envisioned a rocker with a guitar holding one arm up in the air. But my brother says it looks like the dude is taking a leak lol. A liberated landscape rock- really like it for some reason. These two are also liberated landscape rock. The matrix doesn't polish but the fossil looking parts do. Cool stuff whatever it is. Next is a little noreena jasper destined to be another pendant for my daughter lol. Next is Nevada red jasper I got from Tommy. Really fun stuff. So much going on I spend alot of time trying to decide on the design of a cab. Thanks again Tommy! Next is graveyard point plume. From same chunk that gemfreak95 recently purchased. Kinda regret not keeping a bit more of that material ! San Jacinto pet wood- And last is more San Jacinto pet wood. If I could paint. I'd love to turn this into a painting. I see a country scene with brown wood fence posts in the foreground looking thru trees with falll foliage. It's one of my favorite wood pieces I've made. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoyed!

Oh wow! Too many favs! I love the first 2 and the thunder eggs are awesome- they look like Cold Mountain. I see the guy peeing. I like the second fossil looking one and the last one. But, they are all winners.

But, they are all winners. Thanks for the kind words! Yeah I thought they looked like cold mountain too but it didn't look like cold mountain before I cut it. It was round and had pressure ridges or whatever they are called. Similar looking to Priday eggs. But interior definitely looks like cold mtn.

That is a whole lot of eye-candy! Those are all gorgeous!! I definitely see a guitar rocker in that one!
That last cab is one of the coolest patterns in a cab that I've seen in a long time! I personally think you should never let that one out of the corral!
If you have any leads on any "amateur" painters in your area, that one would definitely be worth getting a painting of it done! That one's beyond awesome!

Beautiful work and pieces. The last one, I see a Wood Elf bar under the trees in the fall.

That’s a great looking batch. Those liberated landscape rocks are cool, but I think the last may be my favorite.
