Nice job Jason! The last is my favorite too. Tumbling is one of the best parts of this hobby. It sure is a lot of fun, at the very least.

Pretty slabs. I think my favorite is the last one. Thanks Robin! Yeah...that one's my favorite as well. I've got another half dozen or so slabs that I want to tumble...and some of the other ones have the yellow in them as well.

I need to get back to the "set it and forget it" aspect of this hobby! LOL Really cool looking slabs!! Thank you so much! I can't wait to get back out to the canyon in the next couple weeks (hopefully) to see if I can find some more!

Vibes are awesome for shining up slabs. Looking good brother! Thanks my friend! I was stoked to get these out of the vibe today. I don't think my wife is going to be stoked I'm going to start it right back up tomorrow or Wednesday! LOL

Lol, my vibes and tumblers are in the far end of the house. Can barely hear the tumblers in the wee hours before everyone is up and the tv is on. Vibe is slightly louder but the tv, the dogs and life in general drowns them out.

Sometimes it's louder than other times...and I had about ten pounds of ceramics running in the vibe with these slabs! LOL

I agree with the others, (and, you, too jasoninsd)... the last one is the prettiest!

I agree with the others, (and, you, too jasoninsd )... the last one is the prettiest! Thank you so much! This is the first time I've tumbled slabs. I was REALLY nervous these were not going to make it through the tumble intact. There's several more that need to be tumbled that have colors like that lost one, but have some fractures. Either they're going to make it, or they'll become cabs! LOL

LOL I run our tumbler little 3-pounder in what was the kitchenette of an "in-law suite" we built in our basement. It was originally for my step-daughter and our eldest grands, after her ex decided he wanted to play video games, smoke pot/do coke, and screw around with his slut friend more than he wanted to be a husband and father. Anyway, we installed insulation in the ceiling before putting up the drywall. While not completely sound-proof, it's almost impossible to hear the tumbler running, even when the upstairs is quiet.

After all that, I'd think even if you did hear the tumbler, it'd be music to your ears!

Can see why you did not cab these slabs. They look great tumbled. Thanks Beth! I was going through more slabs last night...smaller ones than these...just to see what else could be tumbled. I have quite a few it seems. LOL

I often tumble slab scraps and slabs. Then attach a bail to the scraps for a pendant.

I often tumble slab scraps and slabs. Then attach a bail to the scraps for a pendant. There's a rock swap coming up in June - the Fairburn Agate Rock Swap in Hermosa, SD. Since Teepee Canyon Agates are local, they're usually good sellers. I want to have a table with my wraps and it just dawned on me to have some tumbled slabs available for sale...

Whew I’m glad you did some tumbling. Tommy was ready to kick you off the site! 😉 About time, right?!? LOL I have an idea if the time comes I get booted it will likely be due to a "not so well thought out" joke taken the wrong way...typed first thing in the morning when I haven't had enough coffee! LOL
