Thank you so much for posting this, Don. I've seen these and wondered, now I'll know how to tell the difference. Jo

Ed is way too kind, I am just one cog in the RTH wheel making a contribution.

Is there something new parked around the pasture? A plastic bag blowing in the wind? Has something changed?

Always stay calm and confident Simon, and use a soft but firm voice, and be deliberate with your actions. Do this with the horses too. Jo

Looking at the earliest posts on this board, as best we can tell, this month (March 2013) marks Rock Tumbling Hobby Forum's 10 year anniversary!
So... in some private conversations with St. Edmo, he had an idea that I create a sort-of honorary commemoration of RTH with past members and their great works. I've had this project kicking around in my head and on my computer for months now, and Ed and I intended to do a slideshow set to music, but... it quickly became evident that there are just too much important stuff in the annals of RTH history to fit into a 4 minute slideshow. So... if St. Edmo will forgive me for doing it this way..
I didn't want this important milestone to go by without doing something, so I thought I'd start a 10 year anniversary thread. So, as my time allows, I will post collages commemorating past and present members and their contributions to the Rock Tumbling Hobby forum.
Please feel free to comment, reminisce, check in and say hi and post photos, but please no political comments. Might spoil the spirit of the celebration.
Please forgive me if I leave something out or have not gotten to a member yet; it is not my intention to leave anyone out.
Except for the first two, these are in no particular order.
Note: I've moved these first ones to the first page and will be adding to the group there from now on. They won't show up in the 50 most recent posts, so you'll have to check back from time to time to see what's been added.
So... without further ado, on with the show--
