Oh little Buttons just looks like an angel !!! That picture could be great for a calendar or poster. little Buttons looks a lot like a scottish fold kitty. I love cats too, I have one named Tuti, but his last pictures came out blurry and with his eyes closed, maybe later I find a clear one. Meanwhile, here is an available picture of one of my male Congo tetra "Valentino". ;D

OK, now no one hold this against me....but I have never been a cat person - but that Buttons is toooooo cute for words!!! OMG - I have never really seen even a kitten that I thought was cute!!! See, cats scare me.....I have always had super highly sensitive reflexes.....and cats like to hide and jump out at you at the most inopertune times.....and it makes me jump and my whole body hurt!!! However, I am a BIG Dog Person.....the only other activity in my life besides me rocks are my DOGS I also do Dog Rescue, and in the past two years, I have helped at least 30 homeless dogs find new homes. And that is the most gratifying feeling I have ever known!! I have a Golden Retriever who is my Service Dog (self-trained!) and 3 Boston Terriers - two of which are rescues. They are the light of my life....my reason for waking up in the morning and going to bed with a smile on my face every night. Here is a picture of all of us.....this was actually my Father's Day card ;D Well, darnit - I can't seem to figure out how to post a picture. But if you are really interested in seeing my Kids.....and you can also take a look at some of my rocks while you are there if you want .....go to my Yahoo Photos and click on the individual photo albums you are interested in. photos.yahoo.com/corndogs1969And if anyone is so inclined, you can also tell me how to post a pic ;D Newbie but loving it... Nice pics, where's the golden and the terriers? My aunt used to raise Boston Terriers, they were adoreable little dogs. It's a good thing you do rescuing them.
You have some very nice rocks. I would so love to get some rubies to tumble like that but they just don't grow in my area. *smile*
For posting pics, look at the buttons above where you right the posts. 4th one in on bottom, click it and it puts [ img] url [ /img] (without the spaces, have to put them in or it tries to show a picture) in your post. Copy the url of your pic and paste it between the img and /img code.

PS. I only have one pet now, my hubby. Used to have arabians, dogs of all kinds, cats, raised mini-lop rabbits for show ... etc ....

Mari, Buttons is soooooo cute! I just want to pick her up and cuddle her! I love cats and have always had at least one, sometimes two or three! There are some wild kittens here - one calico that is just too cute - I have been thinking about trying to catch her and bring her home with me. I could probably tame her down IF I could catch her! Moonstone, cool fish! I've always thought having an aquarium would be really neat, but, even when I lived in a real house, I never got one for some reason. And now in the RV, I sure can't have one! LOL! Corndog, I too love the handle! Pretty creative, if you ask me! Your Morgan is a beauty. What a face! I bet she can give one pitiful look when her feelings are hurt! Cool rocks too! Here's pic of the love of my life, Max. Needless to say, he's the King of our Castle. llana

Hi,
I have 3 dogs Sandy (purebreed golden reteriver) Shadow (golden reteriver/malute cross, my fiancees dog) and Coco (mini eskimo cross we adopted)
2 Cats Gadet and Kitten (aka smokey) we call her kitten cause she was a kitten once, haha and name just kinda stayed. They both have bright blue eyes, which look very nice.
2 Hamsters, Speedy and Lucky, Lucky cause he got out one day and the cats had him corned for dinner, he was lucky we found him.
15 rabbits, purebreed netherland dwarfs which I breed and show as a hobby.
It is a ZOO around here, haha

HI, Cher!! You were too quick for me ;D And, I had to do some resizing before I could post them.....so if you go look at the album called "My Kids" now, you will find pictures of my Golden and my Bostons. Yes, they are adorable, funny, smart, loveable, wise, trusting.....I could go on and on I love my Bostons.....I love my Duke, too, of course. But I hope to always have 3 Boston Terriers. I will probably always have a Golden too for that matter, since I will probably always have a Service Dog and he is the best breed for my particular needs. And my plan for the next 30 years or so of my life to help homeless Boston Terriers find Forever Homes....I LOVE my rescue work!!! It is just too bad that there are so many homeless dogs who need help out there Thanks for the comments on my rocks....they are the other passion in my life ;D If you are looking at my Photo Albums and see the album of Morgan....he is not mine. He is one of my latest Rescue Kids and I posted those pictures for his new Family before he was transported to them. The album with the pictures of my dogs are under "MY KIDS" In case anyone is interested, of course Happy Sunday, everyone!!! Bren

Well, My pet pic is in the photo site with some rocks. noltie is a himalaylian, persian, seal-point lynx.(get all that!) He is now 14 years old. He's the biggest treat monger I have ever seen. He loves to sleep with me and sit with me in my chair. Soon my son and I are going to get a pair of chinchillas. We'll see how they turn out to be as pets. I've heard good things about them.

Brett, i've looked at chinchillas too, they are adorable little creatures but not the "pet-able" pet you might expect like a cat or dog, i'e. they are not very affectionate. they are also prone to illness and diseases, more so than cats, as well. but, cute, they are very cute.....i did a lot of research on the net and in the end cames up with a thumbs down. i like an animal i can cuddle. don't want to put you off totally, but do look into it before you invest.
cheers, KD
