KD Agate is in the center bluish-white, green and yellow parts are carbonate minerals (dolomite and calcite). To be precise this is carbonate-silica breccia from listvanite (hydrothermaly altered serpentinite). It is bit difficult to process this stone because agate is much harder than carbonate minerals. Although carbonates are fairly impregnated with silica so that makes things better. You can't tumble this stone. When cut and polished by hand gets a very good shine. Zotika

Wow Zotika, another fine piece. I bet you are one interesting person to talk to when it comes to rocks. If ya ever get around the San Francisco area, I sure would like to sit down with you. I doubt if I would ever make it to Serbia, although I would like to as my grandmother came from Yugoslavia. Excellent job, Ed

Hey Ed, that is great. I would like to visit you. In fact two of my very good friends are living in Santa Clara. I have the plan to visit them. Although, this is a very long term plan. But who knows. What place is your grandmother from? Zotika

Zoika
I believe that stone has the power of the pyramid in it. It is extremely attractive.
