Hello all, I recently picked up an old Lortone tumbler from an estate sale, but I'm not sure which model. All the identification plates are worn smooth. I did some maintenance and got it into working condition. However, I don't want to overload it. Does anyone know the model or have a good idea what the capacity is? Thanks, Cookn5

Welcome to the forum... basically without more info it goes like this .... load the barrel 2/3 to 3/4 full and the load is correct.

Nice machine. Not sure of the model, but it should hold about 15 lbs of rock. I have a thumlers model B and it looks to be about the same size. Like has been said, 2/3 to 3/4 full should be your goal. THats a Dayton motor, it should handle just about anything you toss at it!
