I don't rockhound or go to shows, so I E-rockhound. I bought these three single cab slabs from ebay seller marirocks who also sells on facebook. I price my cabs reasonably, so I am limited on what I am willing to pay for material. These three materials; Guadalupe Poppy, Morrisonite and Bruneau are usually not affordable. I got these for $45 including shipping and they will make nice cabs.

I started on the Bruneau because I wanted to see how the pattern would look finished.

The color on the Morrisonite seemed to change with the grind. Is that typical?
Love the brown in the Montana! I don't think I've seen that before, not that I've seen much!

The color on Morrisonite doesn't change. Lighting and wet/polished vs dry. When I list, I take three pictures with different lighting.` The first thing I do when a cab is complete is take a picture. I don't have a light box and have not mastered photographing cabs. The accuracy of pictures depends on available lighting and the color of the cab. I took this one a few minutes ago and it is cloudy outside.

They are all fantastic! That is one heck of a nice piece of Bruneau. I think you got more than your $45 worth on this deal. Thanks for sharing.
