This is an interesting one. Initially, I thought it could be a chunk of different looking petrified wood. But now I’m thinking it could be bone. Any thoughts? Thanks y’all!

First thing...wowzers! That's really really really cool!!
Second...my gut says no on the bone ID. Those areas that are mimicking "cell structures" aren't consistent...like they are in bone. (I do reserve the right to be completely wrong about this though! LOL)

Very unique piece that I don't believe I've seen before. The fact that the pattern goes all the way through is really cool.
I'm guessing some type of petrified wood based on the background shades of the rock.

Thank you all very much! I still can’t use a saw due to neuropathy issues, so will run it through a couple more course runs before switching to the vibe. I’ll post more pics when it’s done.
