If anybody's interested...I just got the Lortone QT66 with a 12 lb. barrel on the side, so to speak. Started a mixed up batch of rocks gathered in the west, they seem to be very hard rocks for the most part and some are pretty big. Checked them awhile ago and washed off a few. In 3 days there is a lot of progress, even on the big rocks. Many of the smaller ones are amazingly well shaped and smooth already. I'm very impressed. The jury's still out on the question of whether this is devouring the smallest rocks, and I am just going to wait and find out after the week is completed.

Don't forget to remove the smaller(finished) stones as you go alone--Or they will disappear(majic rocks)

Well, having mentioned the "small stone" issue in my original post, I doubt whether I would forget about them. However, reminders are so valuable.

WOW! Congratulations that QT66 with a 12 lb. barrel sounds great to have :-) That's going to be great for large decorative rocks, I've found so many large rocks that I just don't have the heart to break them. I think that I will save them and maybe for x-mas I could get one of those if I'm good! How is the noise in the QT66? Keep us posted of that batch with your new QT66 ! :-)
