Cabs in wrong section. I posted them here because I didn't want them to be close to those fabulous stoner's cabs. ;D Fruska gora Mt agate - 32mm Fruska gora Mt agate - 20mm Fruska gora Mt agate - 20mm Same cab but this is the way my wife thinks this should be set - she said this way it look like earth and sky. I probably reset it the way she wants it 'cause she is my wife and she is probably right - don't you tell her what I just said. Next three are my latest rock trip finds. I made up name for this one - Shumadia Orbicular Jasper. 25x18mm 25x18mm. I don't have good name for this one yet. Maybe Flower Shumadia Jasper. I am not sure what this is exactly. I will make some laboratory research. I think that could be some altered peridotite. Thanks for looking. Zotika

I made up that name. I think that no one ever gave any name to them. Since I was only geologist I used to call them just agate and chalcedony. But since I am no longer only geologist, but member of RTH forum (and I consider myself lapidarist) I needed to give them some name. Since these agates and chalcedonies come from Fruska Gora Mt and in Serbia they could be found only there I thought that Fruska Gora Mt Agate would be suitable name. It is actually Frushka Gora Mt.

I like the 20mm one best. Not because of the setting, but because of the composition and the more flawless stone. Nice!

Great job on those. I love the materials too. I don't have good name for this one yet. Maybe Flower Shumadia Jasper. Or maybe "Shumadia cloud jasper" -- I see a bunch of puffy summer clouds

Hey Zotika. I consider your cabs to be fantastic works of art. I love the unique stones you find and you always cut them in such a way that brings out the best in the stone. Thank you for sharing your work, they're all beautiful.

Those Fruska gora are amazing. Great contrast. I've never seen anything like that. All those cabs are top notch. I admire your work and glad you share it with the rock board. That last one looks almost like a shtoney iron meteroite. Probably not but one can dream. Steve

Thank you people. don't agates take the most amazing shine? I Agree with you completely. It is very rewarding working agate. They always turn up nice. Honestly, I wish that "all" pics were posted here because I miss alot of stuff like this.!! Randy I agree with you man. Obviously. I just think that too many sections are making harder to follow what is going on at the board. That last one looks almost like a shtoney iron meteroite. Probably not but one can dream. Steve, definitely it is not meteorite but thank you for nice wish. Who knows, maybe one day... Thank you vary much all. Zotika

Deb, those rocks are all from Serbia. I collected them from my field trips. Agates are from Fruska Gora Mt in northern Serbia, the rest are from one hill in Shumadia, region in Central Serbia.

You really do nice work Zotika .The second one down looks like a sandy beach by the seashore. I wouldn't feel bad about posting them here either as it gets the most traffic, whats the difference anyway.
