Hey everyone, finally after 3 months of tumbler problems(CE tumbler) this batch was re-done in the 12 lb thumler tumbler it is finally finished. it is a mix of rocks found on railroad track beds, the roads and all places in between in Oklahoma. there is also a bad picture of the green rocks we found along the road sides here, pictures do not show the very nice swirls in the green rocks. I tried to take a pic of petwood that I tumbled, it will not focus enough to show the wood grain. It was a piece we found along the side of the road here. did not know it was petwood until it was polished. That is when the wood grain really showed up. it is my favorite piece of this batch. We hope you like the pics. Thanks for looking Steve i143.photobucket.com/albums/r150/horsinaround_01/Picture008.jpgThis is a pic of the other rocks i143.photobucket.com/albums/r150/horsinaround_01/Picture004.jpgthis is a pic of my 36 lb covington tumbler I got from e-bay for $240.00 (Christmas present) i143.photobucket.com/albums/r150/horsinaround_01/Picture003.jpgThis is a picture of my CE tumbler(which is now converted with lortone motor and bras bushings form you nice folks who posted the conversion parts on this site(Thank You) the other tumbler is my 12 lb thumlers tumbler. i143.photobucket.com/albums/r150/horsinaround_01/Picture002.jpg

Man oh man I like that giant tumbler. I'm seriously considering getting one of those giants off E-Bay for rough grinding. It just takes os long to turn out good ground rough stuff.....mel

Congrats on finishing your first batch. The excitement off finishing a load never wears off, it's always a great feeling to see how they look each time.
