Steve and Betty, I'm thrilled you two had a good time. Those pics are very enticing and they sure wet my appetite. Glad you made it to Utah and found some cool stuff...and also glad you were able to talk with Don Nelson and dug for some of his Fire Agate. I really want to get back down there...even if it's just a quick weekend trip. Show us more!! I would ask questions, but I won't be around to read the answers...headed to Arizona myself for a week of work. Oh well...what the heck. Did you stop by Joes rRock Shop and speak with Ken about the Septarians....and which location....Mt. Caramel or Alton? It's too bad we weren't able to hook up; but hopefully next go around.. Steve

Great pics Steve! You guys on the west coast are in a different world from us, all we have is asphalt and concrete. If it weren't for all the family we have out here, I'd be on my way!

What a great vacation! I can never go to the Pet Forrest. I would end up in jail.

Steve-
Glad to see you had a good time and saw some awesome things. I'm sure you're already planning that next trip because there's so much to see and not enough time. That wood is spellbinding!!!
Where's picts of your other goodies? I bet it's anticlamactic to find petrified wood after going to the Ntl. Park Huh?

That is one incredible place! I wonder if they would notice if I walked out with that colorful wood/stone stump! Thanks for the photos, I now have that place on my list to visit before I die. Very cool, and thanks again.

Yup I would be in Jail- No way I could just leave that there- No way- I would be smacking off chunks left and right- loading up the buckets- Paying the FInes- taking more- getting arrested- tossed in jail- then when I got out- I would be right back in there trying to steal more!!!!!!!
