That sounds like a pretty good strike, don't know how pure it is but an oz. an hour sounds like a very nice amount!

Momma, If you take the dust, and flour, and melt it over a 2 X 4, or 2 X 6, and when it makes a ball, sprinkle some borax over it, you can bring it to a jeweler, or pawn shop and most will purchase it. They will test the karat weight and price accordingly. If it becomes a regular thing, a refiner will purchase it. You might have to get a tax ID# for a regular business stream. Ishor, Byron Tobak, Rio Grande, Stullers, will purchase scrap gold. If it were me, I would melt it into a chunk, measure it, and bring it up to 14K. Raw gold is usually 22kt. 14K is 53% 24K. I only purchase sheet, wire, and sizing stock in new alloy or I might jump on it myself. Sounds like a good find. That is about 350$ and hr. Not too bad.
