Hi , I am reading up getting ready to start a new tumble. I keep seeing where you put the stones and pellets into "sieves" and let the slurry run through. What are sieves? Panty hose or cheeze cloth?
Thanks, Jody

Look at your local hardware store, they'll be in the housewares section. Better idea, go to a dollar store, I picked up a couple plastic ones for a buck each.

i did alot of shopping in the kitchenware section at walmart when i started this hobby. took awhile to finally get enough of everything so that i don't cross contaminate. i bought several different kinds of sieves/collanders to see which worked best. i like the metal small screen ones with a metal ring on bottom the best. the kitchen got any rejects ;D.

It looks like you're a hockey fan. You should know that a sieve is a goalie that can't stop a puck. Martin Brodeur is definately not a sieve. LOL
