Condor, I hope to get down there. What are the actual dates? Is it running just Saturday, or Sunday, too? Susan

NMRocks, the show starts Thursday and goes on through Sunday. I'll be there Saturday. They have field trips, but I won't be going to them. Maybe I'll see you there. I'll be the guy wearing a Seattle Seahawks cap, or my ugly hat which has a hole and a fake mouse on the front lid of it.

Condor can you get some good bargains at the shows? Got one coming up in April, there's a lap lap I want to look at. It's a lap faceting machine for less then 100 bucks. Bob

I have gotten some great bargains at the shows. I bought a Raytech RV longwave fluorescent lamp for twenty-five bucks. It still is in excellent condition. At the Tucson show, I bought several slabs of Charoite from a Russion for forty five dollars. Lap faceting machine for about $100.00? Sounds great. Especially if it's in good condition. So yes, you can get some good stuff at great prices at the shows.

Wow you are just down the road a bit (ha like 5 hours) they are having a show in Hamburg NY in april (i think the following weekend) It used to be a great show- with lots of good deals- then it went downhill for a while (just lots of junk vendors selling the same crap you get at all those touristy spots) so I stopped going- well my local shop tells me that they are only allowing REAL shops and distibuters in this year so will give it a shot!
