I was finally able to get a couple of decent pics of the pendant I wrapped for my mom's b-day. Its a dichroic cab that I had a very nice lady named, Linda Abbott, of Linda Abbott Studios in Ogden, UT, make for me. www.dichroicglass.net/catalog.asp She does awesome work. And another shot And, yes, I know its not an actual stone, but the end result speaks for itself. ;D More pics later, when time allows. Enjoy and thanks for looking. Rus

Oh...and by the way, the beads are 2 rose quartz and 1 red jasper. All done on 21 guage, square, dead soft wire. I got the beads on the wire by twisting until they slid on. lol Then I tumble polished it.
Thanks again

Good Granite!! Sparky!! Now to be honest I was flabbergasted!!! when I first seen the stone..... until you said it was an impostor.. LOL.. then I thought awww man that's not fair.. And I almost felt like throwing a fit...... However.. That wrap is so original .. from what i've seen so far.. it gives it hella flare with the stone beads, a very good contrast ..and is wear worthy!! .. ;D Roxy

WEll...it looks dang cool! I might suggest you downsize the pic a bit...just go to where it is on your computer and right click...the hit "edit"...then click on "Image"....then "stretch and skew"....put about 70% on each top space...it should give you a better pic. Then hit the "X" to exit...it will ask you whether or not to save...if you like it, you click yes...if ya don't, then, ofcourse, you click NO. It is blurred on my monitor...so, I'm thinking that downsizing will help. I love Dichros...have a bunch myself and wish I had sooooo much more time to mess with them. Ah well...thanks bunches for showing yours!

It is superb! It looks like ancient! Even your camera was hypnotized by the beauty of your work and couldn't focus on its job Adrian

You know, i've always wondered how the heck little tiny rock beads are made. Frikkin' awesome pendant too BTW! I've seen some dichroics floating around here and there but nothing so far that looks THAT good!
