Just wanted to know if anyone know where I can buy square rocks to tumble. I have no way of cutting rocks myself.
Thanks

My son and I are new to rock tumbing.
My son is 7, and he wanted to tumble some squares. We was in a rock store and he saw some that was already polished.

somewhere about a yr back there is a post by donwrob where he did some cubes in a vibe tumbler. they came out great and he actually made some very cool dice out of some of them. somebody tried the cubes in a rotary and did not have any luck but i can't remember who it was. shorty maybe? this site says they will cut any size you want so it might be an option. www.rocknwoodforever.com/files/Slabs/slabs.htmlwhen i get my trim saw set up i'll gladly make you some cubes but this could be awhile as i'm waiting on the workshop and i have no idea how long this project will take. kim

I tried cutting some cubes and (due to operator error) THey did not turn out to good- I did see some smaller (already tumbled) cubes at Fire Mountain Gems
