Here is my first attempt at this very difficult style. Took 6 days to complete. This pendant has 2 Amzaonite cabs and about 20 feet of copper wire. Used copper just to play it safe, I am really looking forward to doing more of this style. I did follow a tutorial for this one but after a certain point I started using my own creative style. Since this is my first attempt I would appreciate honest criticism. I really want to get better at this style. And here it is........ Thanks for looking.

Woohoo! great job - I still don,t know how you get the stone in there!!!
I really, really like those! I can,t even find a single fault! it's so shiny & pretty!
is that from Eni Oken? now are you gonna try one of those "Natty wraps"?
It's just so beautiful!

You did a great job! I love the look of the copper with the amazonite, even if you chose it only because it was less expensive!

That is beautiful, the only thing I see is the prongs on the larger stone are a little long, other than that the weaving is very even. Tami

I really think you are born for this type of jewelry, Jeremy! Your first woven pendant came out really great! The only thing that could had been improved are, in my opinion, the prongs (a litle shorter).

That's really cool Jeremy, looks like it took more patience than I have. On second thought, maybe not. I live with three girls. ;D

wow, Jeremy! that is amazing! i agree with the others about the prongs being a bit overwhelming for the stone, but, overall i think you've found your groove here with this style. and i'm not one for ornate, either, but you've really made a piece or wearable art.
six days to make.......woof, that's a lot of time, tho!

Thanks for all the comments. I agree the prongs are a tad too long. Now to answer all the questions. Tweet no it is not an eni oken design. It is a studio heath tutorial. It weighs 1 oz and I used the following gauges, 18, 20, 22, 24. Beaddot I got it at www.studioheath.comStarted working on another one today post pics soon.

Jeremy!!!! You did a fabulous job! Remy is the only person I know of with a tut for that style. It may seem pricey...but it took her forever to make and there are a slew of pics. I've heard that it is a very good tutorial too. Anywho, you did one of the best jobs I've seen for a first try. WAY to GO!!!!

Great job on your first attempt at something different. Have not tired wire wrapping due to time, but you make it look easy.
