I found the rock that these 3 are made from last week. Our rock club went to what we call Topock fossil beds in Arizona. When I seen it, I thought of my granddaughter because Her Birthday Is Halloween. I was able to get 3 pendents from the rock. Yes I will be making a necklace for her, not sure which one??? No I do not know what type of rock it is. (Anyone ??). We get a little bit of everything in Topock, mostly old Colorado river gravels Thanks for lookin Mike

WOW like the cabs. Looks like a photograph of Mars with planets in the background. What part of AZ did your club find the material?

Beautiful colors. And the shape of the one in the left is so interesting!

Wow those are great! Maybe some sort of jasper or rhyolite of some sort? (lots of help huh? lol). Like you said there's a bit of everything over there, I found a nice river rounded chunk of rainbow wood under the bridge at Bullhead once.
Great cabs, happy Halloween!

Thanks everyone for the kind words. 49er- Topock/Golden shores, AZ is located 4 miles north of I-40 and the colorado river. 30miles north of Lake Havasu, AZ and 30miles south of Bullhead city, AZ
Adrian- shape of the pendent on the left was determined by the piece of rock I had left after cutting the first 2.
Ok we will call it jasper, it was hard Thanks Mike
