I went into my storage boxes for my display case and retrieved these very large cabs to post. This one is Brazilian Agate (possibly Pirhana Agate?). It is 3" across. This one is an even larger Brazilian Agate. It is 5" across. Thanks for looking. Bob

"Anybody like carnellian?" Even a person who hated carnellian till now might love it looking at your cabs. That first one is fantastic, I feel like looking inside a bursting volcano. Or maybe it's a Solar burst.

Those are two big, beautiful cabs and that first one is a killer with that pattern going on inside it. I find Carnelian to be very alluring.

Those are some really large cabs! I love carnelian but it seems that all of mine are the small, pitty tumbling ones. I am hoping to get some to come out good soon. Great job! Fran

Carnelian is fine..... the river`s on the green side, Well it get`s old seeing it in every river. My home town Lebanon Ore. is full of dark red to medium red and many shade` to the light tones. Salem has been my home now for 41 years and ever crick has all shades of carnelian agate, Many pieces weighting over 2-4 Lbs. and down south many well weight in at 10-50 Lbs. the 30 - 50 Ponders are common in only one area that i have found, South of Rock Hill Rd. And the south fork up too the Dam. Some very nice Carnelian comes from Washington out side of Aberdeen WA. And over by Castle. Rock Though the dig is over east three Canyons. From the Exit. I`m i being Vague ?...... I Only pack out the best NOW........Sore back....... Jack Then in th same area......... it`s the purple - blues.

I like carnelian. Especially when Bob is cutting them. Now days is very hard to find natural, untreated carnelians. That makes this two big guys more valuable. Zoran

I've got to admit...I love carnelian, and those two are incredible examples of just how pretty that material can be.

Hot damn, man. That must have taken quite some time to sand out. Very nice doming and proportion! Excellent polish. I like the chunks of Holley Blue better though.
