Actually, this started out as a calibrated cab, but cracked in half while I was buffing it. I think that it got too hot too quick. Anyhow, this is from a ten pound chunk of "Fancy Jasper" from Brazil. (from ebay) lol ....

The shape is just amazing. The colors too, but there must be some sky reflection there, that blue cannot be from the stone is it?

You nailed that one even if you didn't start out with that shape. Is it me or does the top tip of the cab look like it is blending into the brick.

Thanks y'all!! Sitnwrap- I hadn't noticed that. I should have used the fender of my purple 1930 Chevy for the background like I used to, those pics turn out the best. Roxy- yes darlin, get a Genie, it's a great investment!! Adrian- The part that looks blue is actually black, that's the sky. (nice day) ;D Rich- nope, not a pendant......yet. lol

Bobby- it was your fault. ;D ....I was attempting to make a 2 1/2 inch oval....(wonder where I got THAT idea) lol, anyhow, the two pieces where so big that there was room to re-grind them.
