Now that my busy show schedule is over I finally got to sit down and do some cabbing just for fun. It felt great. Hope you all enjoy looking at these cabs as much as I did making them. I have some unkowns in this batch so any ID's would be great. VA Unikite Unknown Dino Bone Moss Agate Unknown Unknown Turkish opalite from stonesthatrock Unknown Imperial Jasper Chrysoprase Thanks for looking.

What an array of Flavors! I want a scooop of #4, #6 and #9 with some Chrysoprase on top please. Choice materials and nice shapes. I really like that #4 shape. Good thing I have my notebook handy for taking notes. Steve

Ho JJ - It's like Christmas come early! ;D
That's a tremendous suite of stones Mate, I love 'em all, very stylish working! ;D The Imperial Jasper is breathtaking, and I particularly enjoyed Unknown 1, that's a cracking mossy looking specimen, beautiful colours. Thanks for sharing them with us! You've been having a blast! ;D
Cheers,
Sparkles.

Howdy Jeremy,
I looked at those and the unknowns could be from so many places that I didn't comment *S*. The last unknown might be Boquilla Jasper agate out of northern Mexico right near Big bend. The two yellow mosses could be Mexican too ala Vaquilla Agate or a Pata de Gallo (roostertail) variant but man, yellow mosses and jasper/agates can come from so many places. I really like the banded mostly white material but can't put a name to it though several quartzite type materials often have that look. Sorry I couldn't help more....Mel

I love the shapes you create with your cabs. It is a beautiful set. My favorite is that Turkish Opalite. Just a really neat pattern.
