It seems like it's been forever since I was able to actually finish up any cabs. I have to take advantage of the Sunny Days when the temps are above 40! ;D I had a fellow here in Utah contact me about making him some cabochons. He would supply the material if I would do the work for him. He also asked about a price...and I told him we would talk about that when they were finished. He sent my some stuff last week...and I got to work on them yesterday. Some GORGEOUS Morrisonite and a slab of India Fancy Jasper. He is going to give these to his wife as a suprise. Hopefully I'll live up to his expectations...I'm really actually NERVOUS! I wanted to post the piece of Morrisonite and the cabs thus far. Wish Me luck in finishing them up! Steve

Nice material to work with and you cut them perfect. Just forget these are for someone else and cut them like you have been and they will be great. Never under estimate your work Steve.

Yup they sure are gorgeous and worthy of your workmanship. I wish you tons of luck but remember, you're the one that is going to be shinning these beauties. Lady luck will just be watching and wishing she could wear them

Swweeet stuff there!! You've already done the risky business. It is really chippy when you saw it. I also had a piece fracture on me during doming where the light blue meets the brown. I just cut it smaller. Yours look pretty sturdy though. Can't wait to see the finished cabs.
