We played around with the cabbing machine till late last night. Got a few finished and my nephew Jake made his first cab, all by himself with no help, just guidance. Here is Jake working on his cab And here is the finished product A chunk of dendridic agate that Chris polished up, this has a really high dome A piece of Owyhee green that I finally finished A couple shots of a piece of the African Blue Pietersite Thanks for lookin and have a great day............Tony

WTG Jake, That is a beauty and does not look like a first cab. Great teaching, Tony. You must get a lot of enjoyment having your nephew learn from you.

It's good to start them young - gives them more time to amass a collection - He doesn't have to look far for supplies
I love your set up!

Wow Jake! You work hard at loading rocks in to the trailer then go and make your first cab. That is awesome. Your Uncle Tony is lucky to have you around.

Jake did a beautiful first cab and the whole batch here is wonderful but OH MY GOD! Look at the shelves of slabs there! I would never be able to pick out what I wanted to work on since I would just be staring at all the beautiful possibilities. That is amazing! Fran
