I only finished one tonight. It is Brazilian Pirhana Agate. It is 2 1/2" high. The center is crystalline Quartz. Bob

Very nice, I like the contrast in colors. Really sets it off.

Only takes one to be in AWE! I love black agate...and I don't think I've ever cabbed a black agate. Bob....you do have a great eye for shapes and the shine you achieve is PErfect! Steve

How do you keep the crystal area from chipping out while you are cabbing? This one just amazes me! It is really beautiful!!! Fran

Normally, I don't do many cabs with crystals in them, but this one had the crystals significantly surrounded with Agate so I felt comfortable that they would hold together. I had to be a little careful on the bottom, but they held together quite well. There was a little agate at the bottom that helped. It is difficult to do a cab if any of the girdle contains the crystals so I avoid doing anything with those. Bob Bob

Absolutely beautiful. I am amazed continually of all the different types of rocks that are out there. Great work, Bob.
