one by one, step by step, braving the cold....a little bit of grinding every day until the fingers freeze up...don't be fooled by the plate...it's a small one! ;D here is the group: this is the first time i've ever cabbed noreena jasper, interesting stuff. i was a bit disappointed by the shine after the 3000 grit wheel, but the 14000 buff diamond paste really made a big improvement. this one looks like a stylized "A": here is a cabosave stone canyon jasper freeform: no idea what this is: a couple of mex laces: a couple of small ones, the stripe is a small bruneau and the other is some that i won from debredux: a few picture jaspers: a tiffany stone: and another unknown, kinda has some sagenite qualities: and my favorite, a 30mm x 22mm labradorite: thanks for looking!!!! KD

Not too many people do high domes. Your group in plate look like a basket of Easter eggs! Really nice for sure. Woody

Really nice stones you cut. The noreena is so cool as is the mex lace. Beautiful labradorite with the solid blue flash.

Those sure are beauties and I don't know if you noticed but the lighting placed an almost perfect star on the bottom cab in the first pic, both cabs in the 9th pic and one on the cab in the 11th pic.
That Lab doesn't need a star, it has a light show all its own. Just beautiful!

KD: Those are all winners!! The Lab really steals the show! I love tiffany stone! That is a nice one, and of course I am going to be partial to the "A"! The laces are sweet, and I like the I don't know!!! They look like little Easter jelly beans! Great job braving the cold! Amber

Really nice cabs KD... Hard to pick a favorite... of course the Lab stands out and you got a great picture of the flash but I really like the Mexican lace and the Noreenas as well. That little Tiffany cab catches my eye too... lol... like I said... hard to pick a favorite.

Nice batch of cabs! I really like the Tiffany stone & have never worked any myself, but might try some after seeing your cab. Of course there is something about that iridescent optical phenomena in Labradorite that is spectacular, and your cab really shows it well!

Wow! You look at this plate of cabs and it screams spring and Easter the unknown with the bright red areas look like the color of arsinic (Not to worry you but that is the shade of crystals that I have seen in pics). Or just a pretty red. Thanks for posting such a cheery batch Fran

It's impossible to go COLD TURKEY on the grinding during the Winter isn't it? That's a great looking bacth of cabs KD! I like the 1st Picture Jasper and Stone Canyon best. I think Spring is just around the corner!! Steve

What does the 'A' stand for? "Amazing". Great group of cabs KD; especially the unknown material.
