I played around on the cabbing machines and got a couple done tonight. Graveyard point that I collected this weekend with some RTH buddies backlit Not sure what this is, came from this last estate sale. I was cleaning and sorting material out of the last trailer load this morning and this little slab caught my eye. I stuck it in my pocket and took it home to make a cab with. backlit (if you look really close, you can see a baby floatin around in there) Thanks for lookin..................Tony

Very nice catman, the plume is cool, the second has a nice 3-d effect!

Yup, I like that second one also. I have some similar stuff and am anxious to work with it.

Tony, interesting effect on each cab when back-lite. Great work on each cab.

I like all of them, the last one looks like an ultrasound picture.

I see the baby that you mentioned. They are all great. The plume looks like it has some red, orange, etc. Is that what they call red rose, or is it regency plume? I saw something like that somewhere and thought it was pretty neat.

I really like the second cab.
The Graveyard point is better then what I have worked so far. I cut the end off of one of Saturday's finds and wasn't impressed. It was full of cracks so won't make a good cab but should make some great tumbling material.
The stuff I got from you in Nyssa is awesome; I should have it polished by the end of the week. I will post it in the specimens section once it is finished.

Great cabs and I do see the baby plain as day. It looks more like an ultrasound image.

Nice work. I really like how that second cab is carefully balancing on the small peak of another stone. Really cool capture.

Oooh! Catmandwe... Collecting stones like that - that's a dream come true Sir!
You really have some choice pickings therrre Mate - those are beautiful. I love the patterns and colours in GYPPA it's just a gem amongst gems, and to pick your own "from the wild" man that's a treat!
I love the second stone too - but I don't see a baby?! I see an Angel!!! but no wee baby!
Thanks for the piccys - and good luck collecting!!!
Cheers,
Sparkles.

Okay, the floating baby is really creeping me the heck out!!!! You should have saved that one for Halloween. Nice job, though. That's super pretty material, I can see why it caught your eye.
