Anybody have a clue as to what this might be? 2 1/2" high. I slabbed it today. I really like the pattern on the back, but I wanted to capture the cavity on the front of the cab. Here is a photo of the rest of the slabs if it will help identifying the material. Bob

Fantastic Shape Bob! I thought of Laguna Agate when I saw the cab...but after seeing the slabs; I'm nt too sure. Steve

The exploding bubbles remind me of Luna agate, but I'm not certain.
I love the shapes you capture in your cabs.

Arkansan, I was steering in that same direction too. I was thinking Luna Agate is more purples..but I could be wrong. Steve

It's obviously orbicular agate, but I don't have a clue where it's from. I love those "white eyes" with black around them and the white eyes in the pink agate. Gorgeous piece, and great polish!

I don't know what it is but it is beautiful. I love the black that outlines the orbs and the soft colored orange area.

Not sure what it is, but it's very pretty. You know how to capture that special picture in each piece you do.

I cut some graveyard point across the plumes a few weeks ago and it was similar with the same kind of white with black accents that your cab shows. Nice cab....................Tony
