Wow, those are so pretty! Is that tourmaline in the matrix with the emeralds? Emeralds are my birth stone, so I admit I have a real weakness for them. I LOVE the earrings!

Oh YEAH!!!!!! Now that is a pretty stone!!!! :drool: :drool: That is a fabulous set of jewelry!! The earrings are beautiful! I really like little gemmy things in the rock. Lazulite from Graves Mtn is a fav, ruby in zoiste, hard to cab but so beautiful!!!! Love this stuff, thank you for posting for me!!!! Amber

Yes, it is tourmaline. Some pieces have golden beryl in them and some have small garnets mixed with the emeralds. Dug them at the Crabtree emerald mine in spruce Pine, NC Ken

The cabs and the wraps are gorgeous. I love the earrings and I bet they all really shimmer in the sunlight. I haven't seen that type of stone before so this is a real treat.

Wow very interesting. I've cabbed small emeralds but I've never seen that material before. Nice wraps too. Amber and I are planning on getting down to NC sometime to do a little gem collecting.
