Sure looks like the pics are showing up perfectly, jeff! I LOVE the cab. I've not yet worked any malachite personally. The shape is great, and the material is just gorgeous!

Malachite is my favorite material to cut these days. Just use plenty of water. You don't want all that copper getting to you

I have tried for years to get malachite to polish and can't seem to get it right. I have a stalagtite of bulls eye that I have tried on and it has very small pits show up in the polish. I have tried everything, diamond, tin, cerium and zam. You did a great job. Ken

Awesome cab!! Ken- I use a 3000 grit Nova wheel, it makes malachite look like glass!!
