Yep, at least for my saw. I can use my flat lap inside. I also have the grinder top so I can do that in the evenings. Just cutting slabs have to wait and sometimes, the weekend is too full of other things to get much time on the saw...bummer. Sunday is just about gone. Fran

I do something every day, cabbing, slabbing, cut pre-forms for the vibe, wire wrap....... Most of my equipment is used inside the garage.

Any of Gryphon's equipment and Diamond Pacific's cabbing units can be used inside. I have a customer that uses a Big Foot in his big rig sleeper cab cutting cabs and wire wrapping rings. Also Ameritool's flat lappers are pretty mess free with a little care. Pretty much any other cab unit is suitable for garage use with minimal water on floor.

I usually don't get to cab until after 10 and stay up way to late, I get a little edgy when a few days go by, so I at least look at and fondle my rocks on nights I don't have time to cab! I hate using the trim saw, so that is a once a month outside thing, and now that it is getting warmer, I may use it more often!

I can't say that !!! :nono: actually tho...home on lunch and I'm hand rubbing yin~-yang on diamond honing stone flat lapping & its working well o and as a I side note I bought a canopy to work outside with like to build shed ect... but living under a bridge that wouldn't be feasible :2cents:
