Chasfire; Beautiful cab! It is fun to play around with bytrodial layers or rough quartz crystals to see how they turn out, and this was a great one! That carnelian you guys find is so spectacular!

I love that stuff. I just went to the King Tut exhibit the other day and those jewelers loved carnelian too. It is a great combo. Gold, carnelian, and lapis with some occasional turquoise. T

How common is bitroidal carnelian? I've never seen it before. I like that you left the natural surface, very cool cab.

Wow... great looking cab! The stone looks very similar to the stuff found at Woodward Ranch. Lots of boitrodal carnelian there...
