Every so often this question will come up. Since we have a lot of new people on this site I would like to know how you came up with your name. Mine is Condor and I chose it because condor agates are my favorite of all (Next to the Woodwards of course, but that's the name of the owners of the ranch. All those agates have different names).
So how did your name originate?

Hmmm. I started using sabre because I used to sell a few antique blades on E-Bay, used to be an ardent fencer and the Hungarian sabre was my favorite weapon. Much more fun and flamboyant than the epee or the foil....Mel

I live about 150 km from the Bay of Fundy and plan to post about 150 collection locations from the same. It's the best I could come up with given that most of the cool names were already taken.

My name is not tough to figure out... I just prefer freeform pendants over the traditional oval or round cabs, so I came up with the incredibly clever way of spelling "free4rms". Um....uh...yeah...sure....

My parents gave me the name when I was born, which put all the heat on them I use a different name for other online stuff but I thought something a little less crazy would be better. When I started here I didn't have a favorite material, so that was out... although if my name was Noreena, it would be a little confusing for people.

I've used this name around the 'net for years. I was born in Kansas (moved when I was 6 mos, though), went to college first in Kansas, came back to Kansas after graduate school, moved back to Kansas after New Mexico...etc. I just keep coming back to Kansas. And that's because I'm A Kansan.

If you didn't guess already, my name is Bob (actually Robert). My mom called me Bobby when I was a kid. I named my son Bob (Robert) and I still call him Bobby even though he is 44 years old. I was the first Bobby so on here I am Bobby1. Bob (and don't you DARE spell it backwards!!)

Pretty simple if you know I was raised in Boulder, Colorado. Plus, I liked the tie in to rocks.......boulder! Wish I still was a Boulder gal! And, I often sign Susan 2 because another Susan started on RTH a coupla months before me. So, with all that said - I'm glad I'm here. I'm really glad you all are here! And tho I hate to admit it, I'm lucky you all are here because you're my social life! Sad, I know.

I have gone by 'Woody' most of my life, and work wood and rocks. Woodyrock was supposed to be woodnrock, but the y in the middle was an automatic keystroke so, it came out woodyrock.
