I tried to cut some slabs today but it had to rain...again! All I got done was to face a few stones and get a few slabs done. Here they are dry. Pigeon Blood the green from Catmandewe and the gray rock I couldn't figure out has a pattern in it. And one I got while visiting Randy Thanks for looking Fran

Even though you didn't cut much, what you did cut, looks very nice.

Fran, you might send some of that rain down this way - we could use it. Oh, and if you decide you don't like any of those slabs you manage to cut today, I think I know where you can get rid of them ..... ;D Tom

Fran, Those are great but compared to the amount you usually show after a slabbing session, it had to have rained pretty hard to force you to turn off that saw.

Yep, lots of rain. 3.20 inches in 2 days. We needed some rain but not all at once. What chased me in was the lightning that was predicted. We had it too so it was good I put everything away before it got bad. I have had to turn to the next project. I am taking a lot of the harder preforms I had and partially cabbing them to get the initial shape. Then I will put them all in the vibe and let them go. That I can do inside. Fran

It rained here too, some areas had flooding! Sucked, I couldn't take the chopper out for a spin. Great slabs the ones in the last pic are cool!
