I’m still slicing rocks from the big red hula-hoop recently posted. Workforce replacement blade #2 is now into action. I finally tried standing behind the Workforce (as endorsed by BikerRandy and many others) in an effort to stay dry. Normally, I would quite content being cooled by the saw spray on a hot summer day. Changing my T-shirt every 30 minutes really didn’t bother me. Most of all, I’m a man (so I’m stubborn and resist change) and was not going to go through the discomfort of trying something new, when my proven tactics worked just fine. Well, everything was just fine until our evening temperatures started approaching the freezing point of water. After the initial discomfort (like having two left hands), I got the knack of pulling rock, rather than pushing it. BikerRandy (and others), I now join those who endorse pulling rock. I’m still cold, but at least I’m dry! If I can get over it, all you remaining rock pushers can too! Enjoy the picks. Don’t worry, I eventually figured out that you only have to spray the slices, not the quarter. (Such a Newbie!) Darryl.

Some pretty slabs, Darryl. I guess I missed the "hula hoop" story - but I like the slabs - I can see a whole bunch of interesting cabs there!

Those are beautiful Darryl. You are finding even better stuff than you sent Amber. Sorry but I won't join the pullers. Tried it but didn't like not being able to see the blade in the cut. I wear a face shield and an apron and stay perfectly dry.
