Nope - made in India (actually a couple million years before it was India). This stuff cabs great, but I was cutting this piece for a knapping customer.

Karock its cuts nice and takes a great polish. I also have some of his Tabu Tabu. Plan on sawing my first slab tomorrow, will post a pic.

That first piece is probably the prettiest bloodstone I've seen. Wish we had some like it around here.
