OH, how my heart YEARNS for a Genie to love! With my financial situation, though, it's a hopeless cause. Those are some very pretty cabs. I like all of them. With my single Expando and a gazillion belt changes, I can make a few in a couple of days - or toss the preforms into the vibe and see what happens. The vibe is getting to be more favored! ;D Tom

The Coral Cabs are beautiful. Looks like a nice upgrade in cabbing machines. Debby and Tom

Congrats on the new machine, great price and a great friend there. Nice cabs too! Four new Nova wheels for 350 is about as good as I could ever find, I ordered mine from Bombay.

Great cabs. I especially like the coral. I hope some of the stuff Amber brought back looks like that. Congrats on the machine, that was quite a steal.

Its no steal ,I`m losing a great friend. I would gladly give it back if he and his family could stay. Finances and the times have forced him from his state to go live with family in SD. I was over there today getting some goodies. A huge brazilian agate head and a bunch of slabs pf assorted stones, wood palm moss, some kind of canyon opal, fire opal.
That piece of coral was cooked, thats what brings out that red color

I'm lazy when it comes to things like home reconditioning of Nova wheels, I'd say pony up the 350 for new wheels, you still would be getting it for pennies on the dollar- although I feel for you having your friend move away, that's always a sad thing to have happen.

he is my rock library, he has tons of stuff, been there and done it and doesnt boast on bit. I pick up these small pieces or a flake of this or flake of that and he knows where they came from how they are formed etc. If I knew 1% of what he has already forgotten I would be happy. One of the finest flintkappers there is.Makes all his tools the aboriginal way, including his bows and atlatls

Jeff; Congrats on the cabber, but sad to hear your rock buddy is leaving, I know you two were tight. You made beautiful cabs with your rather rough set up before so now you will be a cabbing fool in heaven with that Genie. I got my wheels from "johnjsgems", on here as well, he is a heck of a nice guy and good to us members, I would contact him first. I will say I spent a little a more and now got a galaxy 220 hard wheel since I blew thru the 280 nova in only a few months it is so much better, so you may want to consider that. Beautiful cabs I love the moss and coral!!! Amber

I do not know what the coral loked like before 'cooking' but it is certainly outstanding now! Woody
