Hi, everyone! When we visited San Francisco we met with Ed Stoner and Steve Rocklicker and their lovely wives. We had a great time, talking about rocks and eating at Tommy's Joint (Ed, we enjoyed it so much and we were the next day again for lunch ) Only a few hours spent together, but a lifetime to remember Of course when it was about rocks, there was not only talking but also exchanges. Both Ed's and Steve's gifts made mine seem pale. Wanna proof? Just have a look at this set I made from two slabs of Dryhead Agathes which Steve gave me. Working this set was not only a pleasure regarding the beauty of the rocks but also regarding the memories which were surfaced. Thank you all for looking and special thanks to Steve! Adrian

Beautiful set Adrian!!! I like the way you do the earrings, can you show the part that goes in your ear? Do you make them all with wire yourself?

Man, Adrian, what a pretty set! Beautiful job, both on the polishing and the wrapping. Very neat wraps!

Wow Adrian! You sure did a great job on that set! I am glad you posted more than the first picture. I didn't think they looked very shinny until I saw the other pictures. Outstanding work! Fran

Beautiful. It reminds me of the galaxy pics from the hubble space telescope.

Thank you everyone! Frane, you're right it was rather tricky to catch the shine in this set, dunno why, maybe the banded pattern confuses the camera. Fishenman , now that you mentionned it I agree it looks like a galaxy. ... Were you hyperactive as a kid? Garry No Garry, I'd say I was a normal child but as you see I'm recovering now ;D Adrian

Wow, that's a great set, Adrian! And the patterns are wonderful. You did real good, I'd say, in California. T

Beautiful set Adrian! You did a FANTASTIC shine on a material I find hard to polish. Love those banded patterns! Steve
