Ok, I am starting to get back to grinding again. Here is my first decent free form. I call it my "Dragon's Tooth". I had to underexpose the pic to try and get the colors to show. It is really fantastic! Thanks to kap for this prime piece of labradorite! I have also posted something new in creations, my first attempt at beading. Thank you all for looking! Mike

Amazing flash on this Labradorite! Beautiful and bold shape. Is that bail glued or groove wrapped?

Wow!!! That's a beautiful cab! You really nailed the photo - it's hard to capture the flash in those things! Good job.

Thanks ya'll. Adrian, I had to use a glue on bail that I made because of how I made the point slope. I just did not think I would be able to groove it without damaging it. I will post a pic of the back later today.

Nice lab, although super hard to photograph you can see that ones got some killer flash in it. Nice shape also.

That dragon tooth is a beautiful piece of labradorite and you did it justice with your free-form cab. Must've been the dragon that gave it all that "fire". Garry
