Great lookin material. Anyone wanting to polish some impossible material might want to try a product sold by Ace Hardware stores. It's called ( TREWAX ) and comes in a 12.35 ounce can. I use it on some of my heat-treated stone to bring out the flake pattern and color on the points I knapp. A little bit goes a heck of a long way as the one can I bought would probably put a glass finish on the entire paint booth at the Ford Motor Company ! One can will restore the original finish to 800 sq.ft. of wood floor.

Yes Bendsum, that's exactly what it is! Pretty cool stuff.
Geoff, I didn't get any fordite at the show today, but I plan on stopping at a local auto body shop this week. It's an older couple that run it, and they've been there for as long as I can remember. Maybe I'll score something like Mel was talking about. Now that would be sweet!
