Just a few slabs today, I can't leave them outside or the bucket freezes solid. Group shot Owyhee Jasper I am guessing Queenstone, one cut with the grain and one across the grain I was told this is Stinking Water plume, but I am not 100% on the ident, thought it would be best to keep this part as a specimen. Wonderstone Some more Midnight Lace obsidian I got an 11 pound chunk of Pietersite from China, this has some really good color in it. Thanks for looking. Have a Merry Christmas....................Tony

Glad to see you cutting the Pietersite. I think I remember when you bought that chunk. Are the slabs comming out real solid?

Hey Daniel, I just got this chunk last week. The first big chunk is long gone! I have a couple more pieces on the way, but you know they send those on a slow boat from China!
Have a Merry Christmas............Tony

Man, Tony, those are some purty slabs. I like that pietersite is interesting looking, but I'm totally blown away by the wonderstone slabs! Holy cow, those are nice!

I agree, the wonderstone is an eye opener! The stinking water is a really cool specimen, I 'd leave it alone too. The Pietersite is gorgeous too!

Mr Scrooge, The black stuff is the midnight lace obsidian. Looks plain black until you look through it.
Thanks everyone for the comments.
