Hopefully I get to spend the rest of the weekend playing too! The whole Batch.... Laguna Heart, Gem Silica Heart, Utah Variscite, Unknown Moss, Gem Silica and Laguna or Coyomito?? My favorites....Gem Silica. I wished I had more slabs of this stuff. Fun to work but if you notice in the Heart, one side is terribly lop-sided. A very soft spot and I couldn't figure out the touch as I'm used to grinding hard agates. Utah Variscite. I was suprised this took such a shine as I've read that Zam is used to put a final polish on this stuff. Unknown Moss. One of the coolest Mosses I've done! Thanks for looking! Steve

Very nice! Like all of them, especially thats moss agate which sort of looks spooky. Do you use a heart grinders to make the perfect V's?

Gorgeous Steve! I love the pattern of the moss, the colors of the gem silica, but the Utah variscite is really unique (at least to me!!) If you're gonna play some more this weekend, how about the OJ? ;D Susan

Gem silica......where can I get a small amount? Ebay has little and it seems very, very pricey. Susan

all very cool but the 2nd 2 pics are outstanding must be the cool shapes
and when i started cabbin and was tryin so hard to make the usual shapes i just did one the way it felt good and it was lope sided and i liked it haha -- so i went out of my way to make miss shaped cabs and i think when there done like that they look the best and one of a kind i wouldn't mess with that heart i think it looks great and someone will get a true one of a kind cab

Steve, all are beautiful but the gem silica heart and the Utah variscite cab share the first place, I think. Both are flawless, beautiful and have orriginal and difficult shapes.
