Had to get around to posting all these, so this is a long one! I am hoping to get some ID's so if you think you know what something is feel free to guess.
This was a box of goodies from Fran, some really nice chrysacolla, agate, amozonite she collected in Amelia, Rhodonite, turitella, and some snake river preforms, thanks Fran!!!!!
Jean brought rocks for us, I liked this black tourmaline in quartz, and a beautiful wire wrap from world famous Marie!!!! Thank you so much Jean.
These are all from the outdoor show in New Jersey, man there was so much cool stuff for good prices!
Man made charoite, curious about this, azurite, Burro Creek agate, parrotwing, and orbiculor jasper
A 2 pound chunk of lapis
Charoite, rhodochrosite, agate, willow creek rough and cubey flourite
Need help here, I know the chrysoprase but the others I have no clue, the one has rutile in it, but they are almost hair like, like long blonde hairs that thin? I have been looking on line but can't find a name???
This was called Pato de-------?, Mexico , agate? The writing is smeared.
This is just fabulous wood, the colors are really this bright, this slab is almost 6" X 4" I paid $1.00
Graveyard or maybe another type of plume?
Flame Agate? Not sure what this is either, but man is it bright, it was 90 on Saturday and the darn slabs were drying faster than I could take pics
A nice solid piece of rain forest, the maple whirlybird flew down when I was taking the picture and I screamed I thought it was a bug, LOL dropped my rocks, LOL
Is this Montana? Black skin? I can never tell what these agates are?
I think this is my favorite slab of the day, it is green petrified wood and the pattern in this is amazing, again $1.00, I got all these slabs for $20.
Laguna? Coyamito? Some kind of fancy Mexican agate I guess?
No idea???
some nice bruneau
Some lady had this marked agate, I think it is some really nice Blue Biggs, or regular Biggs, or RSJ, I cannot tell the difference so maybe someone knows?
Something red and pretty?
Palm wood
Some nice amy sage, a nice red laguna, and I am not sure what the peachy agate is?
Prudent Man?? I am really hoping??
This is cool the rough is glass from Corning NY that glows in black light, so I am going to make some cabs and make Tony take me clubbing, LOL, and then have a bunch in my pocket to sell! The small piece is lepidolite with pink tourmaline, I wish it was bigger.
Cooper material, parrotwing, hemmimorphite, script stone, dino bone
Now these are some prefroms that Don, Catskill Rocks brought for us, all local material he collected, thank you Don!!!
The rest of these slabs are from Mike, Mudshark, wow he brought so much nice stuff, thank you Mike for sharing some really beautiful slabs with all of us, maybe you can ID again?? LOL
Some plumey, green moss, wow this is just beautiful
Orbicular Serpentine, really cool looking
Ohio flint, and the big red one??
Flourite and Onyx
I always forget what this pink stuff is, I love it!!!
Sorry so big, I was really hoping I wouldn't lose it all til I got it posted, thanks again to all who came to the NE round up, we had a blast and the generosity is overwhelming!
