I just found out that Stone Canyon Jasper is found out in Tehachapi, CA which is about 30 minutes from me. I am going to do some investigating and see exactly where it can be found and if the area is still open for collecting.

Thats fun,isnt it? I Cut almost everyday for about 6 months after I got mine. I've slowed down now.lol.Nice slabs.

Oh yeah I love slabbing. It is like I can now cut that choice slab to cab for pendants.
