I finally cut some of the Maury Mountain moss I recently dug. The photography does not do these slabs any justice at all. I shot them out side in between rain squalls. The long side of these slabs is nine and half inches. Woody Utah coprolite Utah Pigeon Blood agte

Very nice indeed! I love it when the moss is the loose filament type with lots of agate between the inclusions....Mel

Woodyrock, did you "mine" that Maury yourself? Very nice. We know a couple [well into their eighties] who helped open Maury Mountain years ago. They have a 1200# piece in their yard; the story about getting it out and home is as amazing as the rock.
