What the heck! There's snow on the ground again. Stupid Chicago Springs!
Don't know if I'm flying solo or not for the show, but I'll let you know by tonight.

Let's see, does this sound familiar? I've lived in Glenview, Northbrook and Wheeling. My sister has lived in Desplaines, Glenview, Northbrook and Buffalo Grove. The same goes for my other sister. But, my brother, once he left the Chicago area has stayed away. Fell in love with Virginia and stayed. I on the other hand left Chicagoland for the military and when I got out I lived in Greensboro, NC for about 30 days. Then it was back home again!! But, after I met my wife we left the area for a job in Missouri then 5 years later we moved to North Carolina and stayed here ever since. I think I fell in love with NC when I played golf with my dad on Christmas Eve. You just can't beat that! But, I do love to visit Chicago as often as I can. There's just something about spending a day at Wrigley's. Although I do miss the Smokey Links. Have fun at the Show. And if they are anything like our club here they will have "Grab Bags" for a buck a piece. Buy a few of these and help the club raise a little money.
