I am a righty so I used up most of my diamond on the right side of my grinding blade .....but the other side is barely touched... is it okay to switch this around ? Also what will this do to the diamonds on the top??? will it refreshen them or makes things worse cutting through a rock that is ...

Depends on the blade. All MK/Barranca blades currently available are directional and have diamonds oriented to cut in one direction. These are continuous and segmented types with diamond all through a matrix on blade rim. If you are using tile blades to grind and grind the side of rim down to the level of the core you might have a`problem cutting. If you have a reason to grind with a tile blade maybe you should buy a good blade for cutting and cheapest you can find just for grinding.

I assume you're talking about a continuous rim tile saw blade. Yes, reversing the blade should be fine or you can switch hands or reverse your orientation to the blade.

the MK225 or MK 303 style blades are directonsl. The diamonds ore angled to cut best. This is less true for the grinding on the side of the balde.
If you just want to get the most of out the blade (which is gonna be done son) you can recverse if for some light cutting and a little grinding.
You need to practive grinding on both sides, and keep in mind it is best to grind on cheaper thicker blades. I would not use an MK 303 as a grinder.
happy cutting

If it is a directional blade it should have an arrow stamped in it showing which direction to run it. If it doesn't have an arrow you should have no problems turning it around.
