the right choice repurposing that tumble! Nate Ya know Nate I really enjoying re-purposing a tumbled stone it present it own unique challenges from cutting it in ½ the same thickness not simple! and grinding the flat can be tricky I suppose some purist may considerate blasemousrock ha ha but I really enjoy the challenge which brings up the closing of the Az. Mining Museum that really hurts! I was buying tumbled stones for .75 a pop exotic cool material I guess I’ve bought about 50 of them over the course of the last 6 months it closed quicky ! and many many people are hot rock livid pissed there going to upgrade the museum to some foolish 5 C’s of Arizona copper, cotton, commerce… I forget the other 2 but they missed canyons and canal fools! anyway that’s my rant for now

Sorry to hear that too, Gary I'm going to be following pretty closely where all those rocks go end of an era...

I remember reading some on it awhile back. If I remember right seems like it was because of some numb headed politican thought it would be a good thing. Wrong! Obviousley, he's not thinkin clearly

I have quite few pictures of the museum. I had taken lapidary class there plus I met some fabulous folks so nothing is ever truly lost especially rocks ! Where could they possibly go--- that’s not home?

Thanks Curt ! The rock’n hearts have come a long ways! So many challenges in crafting one. Purchasing the Pixie and being able to grind at my leisure as been a great boon. A few hundred more and my rock’n heart factory should be at full production. Well its vision and a dream ! Thanks agrin

Love that material and the way it flows across. If you are doing trouble anyway, ya'll ought to go chain yourselves to the museum door...and don't forget to wear a bunch of your stuff. Get attention for the museum, sell some hearts, lol. T
