Happy Friday ! All places have quartz. Here’s couple locals I picked up that caught my eye. This piece had a quartz cap on a black stone. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/quartzlabor1re.jpg) I sawed that off trying to keep some of the black. The black must be labradorite, or at least it as some of that flash ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/quartlabdorbkindorcrre.jpg) This was rose quartz veined rock ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/quartzflaskbacre.jpg) Lots going on in it I’m working on trying to get a better buff polish ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/quarrtzflaskre.jpg) This heart I glued up in June. Just ground it last night. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/lavedarheartfront.jpg) I am so looking forward to this heat breaking so I can work outside. That’s the best place to craft rock’n hearts! ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v497/stedmo/rockboard%20icons/lavendarheartlitre.jpg) Thanks for looking and have great slow weekend ! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Cool set Ed. Those quartz veins are always fun to cab. I like the "flashy" one too. Happy Friday!

Thanks Guys! it was pleasant enough this morning that i could get out and clean up my cabbing area. Could even do some sanding on the Lortone. Everything seems to be in good order, --water pump, hoses,, cabbing unit ect... after sitting covered for months in the hot . Thanks A GRIN ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
